Morris re-teams with his STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE composer, the masterful Danny Elfman (AMERICAN HUSTLE, ALICE IN WONDERLAND, EDWARD SCISSORHANDS, BATMAN), who provides a thematically rich and emotionally intense orchestral backdrop to this mesmerizing chronicle of former U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's career in Washington D.C..
