We continue our journey in the world depicted by the popular Veronese novelist, Emilio Salgari, and cinematic transpositions of his novels by great Italian director Umberto Lenzi. After LA MONTAGNA DI LUCE we release 2 other score of this genre: SANDOKAN LA TIGRE DI MOMPRACEM and I 3 SERGENTI DEL BENGALA. The first, a co-production with MGM, starred the famous American actor Steeve Reeves in the role of super popular Malaysian pirate, the second, inspired to Salgarian style has been released from a story invented by the same Lenzi.

The scores by Giovanni Fusco, large and symphonic are now available on CD for the first time, SANDOKAN LA TIGRE DI MOMPRACE in its entirety, unfortunately the masters of I 3 SERGENTI DEL BENGALA, composed when the great Fusco was badly ill, feature few material that has been added the same since it’s an unreleased testimony of the work of this great artist. Everything for the length of 41:20, mono.
