The 22nd installment of SNK's arcade soundtrack project! The King of Fighters 2002" was based on the KOF series' original 3-on-3 battle format, but featured new elements such as "Cancel Anywhere" which allows to cancel during MAX and "MAX2", which surpassed MAX Super Special Moves, allowing more aggressive battles.
