BSX Records present a Disc-On-Demand edition of the original soundtrack to RAGE featuring music composed by Louis Febre for the 1995 action film written by Joseph John Barmettler and Joe Hart, directed by Joseph Merhi and starring Gary Daniels, Kenneth Tigar, Fiona Hutchison, Jillian McWhirter, Peter Jason and Mark Metcalf.

Alex Gainer (Daniels) falls victim to a corrupt right-wing militia group, who has chosen him as an ideal specimen to clone for its army. Taken underground to a ‘black’ laboratory, Alex is injected with lethal chemicals known to induce murderous fits of rage that cause people to kill without conscience. When Alex escapes from the lab, he is chased by police who believe he is a dangerous madman. Only television reporter Harry Johanson, Alex’s single ally, can help prove his innocence as he races against time to search for the antidote that will save his life.

Louis Febre is a Mexican born composer who began his career and honed his trade by scoring a plethora of low-budget action and family films. He is best known for his work on the television series SMALLVILLE (2007-2012) as well as ABC’s 2011 TV reboot of CHARLIE’S ANGELS, the CBS 2000-2001 remake of THE FUGITIVE, and the 1997 syndicated series THE CAPE. Febre shared an Emmy win with co-composer John Debney for the pilot episode of THE CAPE. He has collaborated with other composers as orchestrator or additional music composer on projects such as THE X-FILES, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, CATS & DOGS, JIMMY NEUTRON, CHICKEN LITTLE, ONCE UPON A TIME IN WONDERLAND, and more.
