This double CD is dedicated to Goblin's music, from their origins up to the present day. This is a tribute that Cinevox pays to all the fans of the group, to Dario Argento and to the world of horror in general. A musical sampler of the talent and creativity of this unique band over the years. The first CD in this special digipack is dedicated to Dario Argento. Between 1975 and 1984 the band and the director worked in perfect harmony and the most important moments of this unique combination are captured here. Into PROFONDO ROSSO rock moved into the realms of horror and noir. Suspense and violence are intensified by rock and the music becomes urban, a soundtrack to the world around us. The second CD is an incredibly special recording of a live concert that the band made in 1979. The dusty tapes were found in Cinevox archives almost by chance and present Goblin on stage, chatting with the audience and performing their classic pieces from ROLLER and half of the songs from THE BAGAROZZO MARK, plus a fantastic live performance of PROFONDO ROSSO.
