world premiere release of much-wanted Elmer Bernstein score. This album was sequenced, edited and prepared by the composer himself at the time of the film's release. When the film fared poorly at the box office plans for a soundtrack release were scrapped. With the collaboration of the Bernstein Estate and the USC Library of Cinematic Arts, Perseverance Records is now able to bring you the album the way Elmer Bernstein wanted it to be presented. Taken from the composer's own tapes housed at USC and digitally restored, this music sounds as crisp and clean as if it was recorded yesterday. Bullseye!
