Resurrection of Zachary Wheeler (HD)

An inquisitive journalist (Leslie Nielsen, AIRPLANE, NAKED GUN, CITY ON FIRE) attempts to visit an injured politician (Bradford Dillman, PIRANHA, BUGS, RUNNING SCARED) in a remote New Mexico hospital, only to be told no record of any such patient exists. This obvious cover-up piques the reporter’s suspicions, and soon he has discovered the hospital is part of a sinister conspiracy in this sci-fi thriller. Also starring Angie Dickenson (POLICE WOMAN).

Lightning Bolt is a dynamic Euro spy film of the 1960s(filmed in 1965 but not released in the US until 1967). It has something of a following, resulting from its lavish sets and simulated Florida locales in an Italian studio. Many reviewers in 1967 took note of the set designs in their reviews. The underwater city set foreshadows the one in The Spy Who Loved Me(1977) by ten years. Lightning Bolt was generally released on a double bill during the Summer of 1967 with Red Dragon, a Eurospy thriller starring Stewart Granger, Rosanna Schiffano, Margit Saad and Sighardt Rupp(Fistful Of Dollars). Quite a gem to have Lightning Bolt in Blu-Ray. Anthony Eisley cuts an enigmatic persona as a secret agent, especially with
his voiceovers detailing the plot. Diana Lorys is hypnotic as a femme fatale...
