Kronos Records is proud to present yet another world exclusive release in THE GOLD COLLECTION, the soundtrack to the 1953 crime thriller NO ESCAPE The young Pat Peterson has a collusion with Peter Hayden and think he killed him in self defense but her boyfriend, Detective Simon Shayne sees to frame struggling pianist, songwriter John Howard Tracy for a crime neither Peterson or Hayden committed. Knowing Tracy is innocent Pat helps Tracy escape from the police dragnet and try to find the real killer.

This soundtrack was composed and conducted by the legendary BERT SHEFTER (SINS OF JEZEBEL, COUNTERPLOT, LOS MARCADOS) who composed quite an eclectic score, varying between big adventures thriller type tunes and lighter jazzy ones played by smaller ensembles and piano. A true obscure gem of Golden Age of Hollywood! 71 years later we unearthed this gem and thanks to the valuable help of our friend David Schecter we are proud to present this score for the first time ever in any format in a limited edition of 300 copies.
